Family Discussion Groups
An opportunity for people caring for a loved one with dementia to connect with others in similar situations, share ideas and coping techniques. Groups are held in Stratford, Listowel, Mitchell, Milverton and St. Marys.

Wellspring Stratford
Our programs, Yoga, Reiki, Meditative Drumming, Lending Library and Peer Support are free to individuals living with cancer and their caregivers. We encourage anyone in Stratford and area to call 519-271-2232 to register or drop in weekdays 1-4 p.m. We are so blessed to be sponsored by The Quilt and welcome visitors to our bright, cosy new home.

Gallery Stratford
For over 25 years, Gallery Stratford has presented the Perth Huron Exhibition to acknowledge the work of local artists. Open to artists from both counties, the work is juried by a local artist or art administrator each year. The result is an eclectic mix of works in all media representing a wealth of concepts and subjects.

TOPS
TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is a nonprofit, noncommercial weight management support group. TOPS offers friendship, fun, incentive and recognition programs, and a low annual membership fee of $30.00. First meeting is free with no obligation. We have several chapters in the area. MotherReach Postpartum Depression Drop-in Support Group
Are you feeling sad, overwhelmed, alone, anxious, or angry following the birth of your baby? You may drop in to connect with a professional and with others having similar experiences. Free childcare is provided.

Healthy Start Prenatal Classes
FREE classes for pregnant women and their support people. Topics include: nutrition, breastfeeding, changes during pregnancy, parenting, premature labour and more! Alley Thrift Shop
Knox Presbyterian Church is holding their Alley Thrift shop every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. It will include good clean clothing for all ages. Winter coats, shoes, household items, small appliances, books and cd's. Money raised is being donated to missions overseas, nationally, locally and to support church programs.

Natural History Group Exhibition
An exhibition of contemporary art works that examines our relationships to the captivity inherent in the display of wild animals and indigenous people. The artists focus on the representation of animals and the connection to empire, identity and evolution that is evident from 17th century painting to early twentieth century natural history displays.
It goes Tuesday to Sunday until September 26th.

The Perth County Coalition against Poverty is looking for your old computers. They run a program that refurbishes old computers and makes them available to families who can not afford one. Perth Huron Exhibition
This exhibition promotes the work of regional artists working in all media. The exhibition has supported the presentation of local work for nearly 30 years. It runs Tuesday to Sunday from 10am-5pm until September 19th.

Jungle Junction
The Stratford Public Library, P.L.O.W, TD Summer Reading and Festival Market Place are holding “Jungle Junction.” This is a free drop- in family literacy program for children 4-8 years of age. They are held every Tuesday afternoon from 1pm-2pm starting July 6th- August 24th.
