Quietly in his sleep at Knollcrest Lodge in Milverton, on Monday, March 11, 2013, Melvin in his 93rd year.

Beloved husband of the late Mary Jantzi (1993). Loving father of Edna Jane Lebold (Ronald) of RR2 Wellesley and Nelda Erb (Donald) of RR1 Milverton. Dear grandfather of Terry Lebold (Susan), Tim Lebold, Robert Lebold (Stephanie), Randy Lebold (Anita), Angie Jacobs (Wes) Nathan Erb, Jeremy Erb (Janice), Chrissy Erb, Jenny Brenneman (Brad) as well as his great-grandchildren; Dylan, Amanda, and Brody Lebold, Aaron, Justin, Olivia, and Tejitu Lebold, Cameron, Hudson and Jadon Lebold, Hayley, Ethan, and Molly Brenneman.

Will be sadly missed by his sister Helen Shantz, brother-in law Alvin Roes, sisters-in law; Emma Lichti and Eva Albrecht. Predeceased by his brothers; Albert, Peter and sisters; Luella Wagler, Marie Roes, brothers and sisters-in law; Ion Shantz, Erven Albrecht, David Wagler, Emmanuel and Loreen Jantzi, Betty Lichti and Dorothy Lichti. Melvin farmed all his life in Wellesley Township and was a faithful member of Mapleview Mennonite Church.

Friends may call at Mapleview Mennonite Church, 5074 Deborah Glaister Line, Wellesley, on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held in the church on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 11 a.m. Pastor Brent Kipfer officiating. Werner, Eloise Hicks

Eloise Hicks Werner, age 97, of Stratford and formerly of Mitchell passed away peacefully at People Care, Stratford on Friday March 8, 2013. 

Born in Mitchell, daughter of the late Cornelius and Delina (Hicks) Werner. Eloise lived most of her life in Mitchell moving to Stratford in 1988. She graduated from Toronto Conservatory of Music with her ATCM in solo performance and teaching. She taught piano at the Hamilton Conservatory of Music and in Mitchell for many years. She was a member of Kitchener Music Teachers Association and a former member of the Stratford Music Teachers Association. 

Eloise will be sadly missed by her nieces Jean Ferguson and husband Stanley, Walkerton and Diane Flood and husband Stanley, Lucan. Also survived by several grand nieces, nephews, cousins and their families. 

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by brother James in infancy, sister Veda McKenzie and husband Ross, niece Barbara Therrien and grand niece Sherri-Lynn Flood. 

Friends and relatives may call at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron St., Stratford on Tuesday March 12th from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11 a.m. Rev. Tom Beecroft will officiate. Spring interment will be in Woodland Cemetery, Mitchell. Mills, Marion Eileen

Marion Eileen Mills (Westman) passed away suddenly at St. Marys Memorial Hospital on March 9 , 2013 at the age of 82. Predeceased by husband Ken Mills (2004). Mother of Ruth and John Allen of Denfield, Bob and Marie of St. Marys, Bruce and Shirley of St. Marys, Jean and Jim Ellis of Mount Brydges, Don and Elizabeth of Granton, Gord and Susan of New Hamburg and Peg of St. Marys.

Marion will be missed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Beloved sister and sister-in-law of Delma Thomson, Lila and Bob Foster, Ken Keron, Edith Kestle, Mary and Ken Kittmer, Ross and Audrey, Gwen Woods, Bob and Linda Mott, and also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Delmar and Jean Westman, sister Amelia Keron, brothers Glen and Gordon Westman and in-laws Roy and Winnifred Mills, Eugene Mills, Rosetta Mills, Melvin Kestle. Remembered by her cherished family friend Ron Sullivan.

A private family funeral will take place with burial in St. Marys Cemetery. A Memorial open house to celebrate Marion's life will take place at the Kirkton Community Centre on Sunday, March 17, 2013 from 1 – 4 p.m.

Donations in Marion's memory may be made to Epilepsy Canada, Muscular Dystrophy Canada, or one's charity of choice.

Catherine Linda Mary Leasa (Scantlebury), age 53, of Stratford passed away surrounded by family at the Stratford General Hospital on March 4, 2013 after a brave 3 year battle with cancer. Catherine is the beloved daughter of Audrey Scantlebury of Stratford and the late George Scantlebury.

Beloved wife of Leonard Leasa. Loving mother of Elizabeth Leasa (Brad Nunns). Catherine is survived by her aunt Beatrice Beltz. Cousins Ed Jacques (Esther), Linda Carlisle (Bill), Beverley Butcher, Sandra McNicol (Ron), and Brenda Kelly (Jim). Brother-in-law David Leasa (Janet), and sisters-in-law Eleanor Leasa and Marilyn Leasa.

Predeceased by aunts and uncles Reg and Gertie Jacques, Tom Beltz, and by her mother-in-law and father-in-law Gladys and William Leasa. Catherine had previously worked at Novatronics for 31 years. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Stratford, and the Optimist Club of Sebringville.

Allan Streicher passed away on Saturday March 2, 2013 at Listowel Memorial Hospital surrounded by his family. Allan resided and had farmed at R.R. # 1 Newton. He was born 71 years ago in Mornington Township and was the son of the late Aaron & Katie (Kuepfer) Streicher.

Beloved husband of Viola (Kuepfer) Streicher whom he married May 5, 1964. Loving father of Ernest & Karen Streicher of R.R. # 1 Newton, Darlene & Gerald Kuepfer of R.R. # 1 Brunner, Emmaline & Edgar Wagler of Newton, Ervin & Cindy Streicher of R.R. # 1 Newton, Joseph & Mary Streicher of Milverton. Sadly missed by his 15 grandchildren. Remembered by his step-mother Sarah Streicher of R.R. # 1 Newton, brothers and sisters Joe & Ann Streicher of St. Jacobs, Ivan & Mary Ann Streicher of R.R. # 4 Listowel, Maryann & Levi Jantzi, Steven & Mary Edith Streicher all of R.R. # 1 Newton, Fannie Streicher of R.R. # 1 Milverton, brother-in-law Emerson Kuepfer of Stratford and many nieces and nephews.

Allan was a member of Morningview Amish Mennonite Church, R.R. # 1 Newton.
