Police have warned local residents over and over again to lock their vehicles when they're not using them.
But that message still isn't sinking in.
On Friday morning, the Perth County OPP in Mitchell was contacted by four West Perth residents.
Three unlocked vehicles were entered sometime between 10:30pm last Thursday at 7:00am on Friday.
The vehicles were parked at residences on Toronto Street East in Mitchell.
The items stolen included a Dell 15 inch laptop computer, a "Sonim" hard cased cell phone, a leather case containing photographs and an expensive cigar.
Residents are urged to remove valuables from their vehicles and to lock them.
Anyone with information about these thefts is asked to contact the Perth County OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
