Police need the public's help to find a man.
On Monday, shortly after the noon hour, an adult female was walking along Perth Line 91, just east of Palmerston, when an east bound vehicle passed by.
The vehicle drove a little further then turned around pulling alongside the female.
The male driver opened the passenger window and asked if the female wanted a ride.
The female looked inside and saw the male was exposing himself.
The female yelled and ran towards a nearby residence as the vehicle drove off in an eastbound direction.
The male is described as Caucasian, approximately 30 years old having a bit of a belly.
He had short scruffy black hair with short side burns, a stubble beard, and a moustache. He had a round face with a small nose and brown eyes.
His teeth appeared very white.
The vehicle is described as a newer model four door light metallic blue sedan with a beige interior.
