Perth County OPP, along with police all across the nation, will be out in full force starting tomorrow.
They will target aggressive or distracted drivers, people not wearing seatbelts and impaired driving.
Police will also patrol Ontario's trails and waterways over the long weekend.
Five people died in Ontario during last year's Canada Day weekend.
