North Perth is growing...fast!
North Perth mayor Julie Behrns said her township is the fastest growing district in all of Perth.
Behrns made these comments at the second annual Mayor's Breakfast yesterday at the Listowel Golf Club.
According to the 2011 census, North Perth grew by 3.1 per cent last year.
Behrns announced, among other things, that construction permit values have doubled to 7.75 million dollars since this time last year.
