CJCS 1240 Radio - Local and Community Events in Stratford Ontario

A vigil is scheduled in Hampstead today at 12pm to commemorate the auto accident that claimed eleven lives there last February. Two Canadians and nine Peruvian migrant workers were killed when a large van carrying the workers collided with a straight truck. Two of the workers are still in a long term care facility in Kitchener. A reception is planned for 2:00pm at the Working Centre Café in Kitchener following the vigil.
