Three local musical acts will rock out for Optimism Place.
Lara MacMillan, WHOA! Miss Mojo and The Chris Brine Band are partnering with The Masonic Hall and Optimism Place Women's Shelter and Support Services to put on a benefit concert.
Donations raised from this exciting event will be used for shelter programs: in residence and outreach that continue to keep women and children safe in Perth County.
The event will take place Saturday, August 11th at The Masonic Hall in Stratford.
Stewart Reynolds will act as emcee for the evening and DJ Jaz will be spinning sound.
The Masonic Hall in Stratford is located at 15 Church Street.
Doors will open at 8:00pm and the show starts at 9:00pm.
Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door.
They're available at Filsinger Music, Needles Appliances, and Covet Consign & Resale.
Non-perishable food donations will also be accepted for residents of Optimism Place Women's Shelter and Support Services.
