Someone out there has a sick sense of humour and too much time on their hands.
Stratford Police were called to the War Memorial at 36 Cobourg Street this morning.
Someone had spray painted the monument.
If anyone saw or heard any unusual activity around the war memorial overnight they are asked to contact the Stratford Police or Crime Stoppers.
