Cash for Splash Campaign Kicks Off

E-mail Print PDF

A local group says Stratford is in dire need of a splash pad.  Starting today, the Stratford Splash Pad Committee is asking for donations to fund the project.

The Committee has teamed up with the Rotary Club to launch the "Cash for Splash" campaign and has established a goal of $470,000 to be donated by next spring.

The money would be used to build a children's splash pad with change rooms, benches and other facilities that would be free for families.  Anne Hathaway Park is the proposed building site for the splash pad.
