The Perth County OPP is hosting one of the two annual award ceremonies held by the West Region OPP this morning.
The ceremony takes place at the Community Hall in the St. Marys Pyramid Centre at 11:00am.
This ceremony acknowledges OPP employees for their years of service, acts of bravery as well as commendations to employees and civilians.
Approximately 100 invited award recipients will be in attendance accompanied by guests.
Additional invited guests and dignitaries will be in attendance including local, federal and provincial officials and the commissioner of the OPP.
