The officer spoke to the man driving the truck, who displayed signs of impairment.

He was arrested and taken to the Palmerston OPP detachment and failed two breath tests.

The 33-year-old has been charged with "impaired operation of a motor vehicle", and "operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood".

He'll appear in court in Listowel on July 17th to answer to the charges.
